DeFelice, Joan Anne age 83 of Newton died Thursday November 7th, 2013 at the Newton Medical Center. Born in Montclair, NJ she had lived most of her life in North Bergen, NJ.
Daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Magner) Titelius, Joan had worked as a Insurance Company Secretary in New York City for many years. A loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Joan will truly be missed by her loving family and friends. She was a devout parishioner of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church West New York, NJ.
Mrs. DeFelice was pre deceased by her beloved husband of forty-three years Anthony J. in 1993 as well as her daughter Joanne DeFelice in 2003 and a sister Loraine Spaldigi. Survivors include her sons Michael and his wife Michele of Montague and Charles and his wife Jacqueline of Coral Springs, FL. Also surviving are her brother Joseph Titelius , her sisters Grace LaGreca, Audrey Rosatelli and Agnes Spies as well as her six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Visitation will be held Saturday November 9th, 2013 from 3 to 6 PM immediately followed by funeral services at 6:00 PM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home 156 Main St (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ 07860.
