Teabo, Marion
Teabo, Marion age 91 of Fredon Twp., NJ passed away peacefully Monday morning October 23, 2017 in the Newton Medical Center following a long illness. Born in Union City, NJ she had resided in Bergen County for many years before moving to Fredon in 1972.
Daughter of the late Ludwig and Amelia nee Schiess Duerr, Marion had worked many years as a Machine Operator for Local #162 with the Bergen County Garment Industry. A long time parishioner of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, she was also an active member of the Fredon and Stillwater Seniors as well as the Sussex County Mended Hearts Association.
Marion was predeceased by her first husband Sam Badolato in 1975, her second husband Harold Teabo in 1996 as well as her brothers Ludwig and Gustav Duerr as well as her sister Theresa Durr. She is survived by her nieces Virginia L. Duerr of Philadelphia, PA and Carolyn Karl of Lancaster, PA.
A Funeral Mass will be held Monday October 30, 2017 at 10AM in the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church #24 Halsted St. Newton, NJ. Interment in the Mary Rest Cemetery Mahwah. NJ will be private. In lieu of flowers memorials in Marion’s name may be made to St. Joseph RC Church.
