Stewart, Peter John
Stewart, Peter John age 58 of Newton died Thursday May 1, 2014. Born in Englewood, NJ he grew up and had lived many years in North Bergen as well as Stanhope, Fredon and Hampton Twp, NJ. Peter graduated from Lincoln Tech and was the owner of a plumbing and construction company. He was a loving father, grandfather, son and brother. He will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. He was pre deceased by his father the late John Edwin Stewart.
Survivors include his daughters Keely Stewart, Paige and her husband Lukas Sparling and Amy Stewart, his grandchildren Elliot Gibson and Leo Sparling, his mother Adele and her husband James Lounsbery, his sisters Cathleen and her husband Robert Edwards, Patricia A, and her husband John Nugent and Beth and her husband Brian Miller, his brother William and his wife Diane Lounsbery. Also surviving are his extended family Janet and George Sella as well as many friends. Visitation will be held Monday May 5, 2014 from 4 to 7 PM immediately followed by Funeral Services at 7PM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, 156 Main St. (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ. Memorial contributions in Peter’s memory may be made to a favorite charity of choice.
