Ross, Frederick H.
Ross, Frederick H. age 76 of Hampton Twp., NJ died peacefully Tuesday December 18th, 2012 at his home following a long illness. Born in Phillipsburg, NJ he has resided most of his life in Hampton Twp.
Son of the late Edward and Ruth Ross, Fred had worked many years as a Blue Seal Engineer for the McWilliams Forge Co. Rockaway, NJ until his retirement. A loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather, Fred enjoyed time with his family. A people person, he enjoyed good conversations with his friends as well as fishing and his dogs.
Survivors include his beloved wife of fifty one year’s Marjorie (Wright), his loving sons Curtis and his wife Sharon Ross of Sparta, Brian and his wife Eileen Ross of Stillwater and Allen Ross of Hampton Twp. Also surviving are his five cherished grandchildren Elizabeth, Susan, Patricia, Brett and Erin Ross.
Private arrangements are under the direction of the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Karen Ann Quinlan Center of Hope Hospice #99 Sparta Ave, Newton, NJ 07860.
