Revock, Debra age 67 of Frankford Twp., NJ passed away Friday December 20, 2018 at the Newton Medical Center following a long illness. Born and raised in Quincy, Massachusetts, Debra had lived in Washington, DC and Little Ferry for many years before moving to Frankford Twp. in 2003.
Daughter of the late Morris and Doris (nee Waters) Portman, Debra was a graduate of Connecticut College earning her Bachelor’s Degree. She had a long career starting with her work with the Dukakis Massachusetts Gubernatorial campaign in 1975. She later worked for NASDAQ both in Washington DC and Manhattan as a Systems and Implementation Specialist.
Debra was a voracious reader who enjoyed horseback riding, needle work and social media. She was a loving, generous and kind soul who enjoyed nature and animals. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her loving husband Paul C. Revock, her brother Kenneth Portman and fiancé Susan Higgins of Lake Mary Florida as well as her nephews Joshua and Evan Portman and her great nephew Emmett K. Portman.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday December 27th, 2018 at 11 AM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home 156 Main St (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ. Interment will follow in the Frankford Plains Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Funeral Home Thursday from 9 to 11 AM. In lieu of flowers memorials in Debra’s memory may be made to Best Friends Animal Society www.bestfriends.org or a favorite Animal Charity of choice.
