Petrullo, Winifred Ann age 66 of Hampton Twp., NJ passed away peacefully Thursday November 3, 2011 surrounded by her loving family, following a courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer.
Born in Bayonne, NJ to Anthony and Mary (Salaway) Wisnieski, Winnie moved to Hampton Twp in 1977. She was employed as Administrative Secretary for the Sussex County Sheriff’s Department and retired in 2008. She was a long time parishioner of the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic Parish and volunteered her time in the community whenever she could.
Winnie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her greatest happiness in life was spending time with her family and friends. She is survived by her beloved husband Michael and her loving children John and his wife Darryl; and Michael and his wife Christina. Winnie was grandmother of four loving grandchildren Justina, Michael, Colin and Devon.
Mrs. Petrullo is also survived by her devoted brothers Anthony and his wife Candace and their children George and Peter; as well as Michael and his wife Alison and their children Nikolai and Katie.
Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday November 8th, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Roman Catholic Church Swartswood, NJ. Interment will immediately follow in the Stillwater Cemetery. Friends may call at the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt206) Newton, NJ Monday November 7th, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
