Lowman, Ian R. age 51 of Milford, PA died Saturday October 22, 2011 in Port Jervis, NY. Born in St. Helier, England, Ian had also lived in Ramsey, NJ before moving to Milford, PA fifteen years ago.
Graduating from the University of Hull in England, Ian received his PhD in Computer Sciences. He had been working as a Project Manager for the Perkin Elmer Corp in Shelton, CT.
Survivors include his wife Cindy Peterson of Milford, PA, his parents Robert and Celia (Woolford) Lowman of Sheffield, England, his step sons Alex R. Peterson of Milford, PA, John D. Rossi of Columbus, Ohio and Nicholas J. Rossi of Northern, CA. Also surviving are his brother Andrew Paul Lowman and his sister Jill Amanda Lee both of Sheffield, England.
Funeral arrangements are private and under the direction of the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt206) Newton, NJ.
