Kiely, Helen R.
Kiely, Helen R. age 86 of Newton, NJ died peacefully April 30th, 2012 at the Barn Hill Care Center. Born in Carbondale, PA she had lived many years in Honesdale, PA before moving to Newton.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Jenny (Stoksus) Dyda, Helen was a parishioner of the St. Joseph RC Church Newton; she was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sibling and friend to many. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her beloved husband Frank of Newton, her daughter Eileen L. and her companion George Williamson. Also her brother Raymond and his wife Carol Dyda of Long Valley, NJ, her sisters Bernetta Tichnor of Newton, Domasia and her husband Joseph Shalkowski of Levittown, PA and Caroline Kennedy of Honesdale, PA. Also surviving are her grandchildren Kiel S. Grosch, Sarah E. and her husband Shane Houghtaling.
Visitation and funeral were private and under the direction of the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association www.diabetes.org , or the ASPCA www.aspca.org.
