Jump, Stella B.
Jump, Stella B. age 96 of Andover Twp., NJ died Tuesday October 16, 2012 at the Lehigh Valley Muhlenberg Care Center, PA. Born in New York, NY she grew up and had lived in Brooklyn before moving to Andover many years ago.
Daughter of the late Zygmunt and Walentyna (Rycharski) Gordon, Stella was owner operator of the former Jump Lumber now Excelsior Lumber Rt. 206 Andover, NJ. She was also the manager of the Newton Airport Stickles Pond Rd. Andover Twp. A loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sibling, Stella enjoyed traveling, reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Stella was pre deceased by her beloved husband Eliot C. Jump in 1986, as well as her siblings Thaddeus, Helene and Jane Gordon.
Survivors include her sons R. Eliot and Richard P. Jump, both of Tucson, AZ and Lawrence E. Jump of Seattle Washington. Also surviving are her eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorial Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 20, 2012 at 12:00 PM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt. 206) Newton, NJ. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a favorite charity.
