
Brady, Thomas Michael
Thomas M. Brady, 57, of Franklin, N.J., died peacefully at Newton Medical Center from pneumonia on Saturday, April 28, 2012.A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, May 12, at 10:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception R.C. Church, 75 Church Street, Franklin.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. in April 1955, Tom grew up in Staten Island, N.Y. and moved to Sussex County in 1987. He graduated Xaverian High School (Brooklyn, N.Y.) in 1973 and subsequently attended Wagner College and Caldwell College. Early in his career, he was a systems analyst and project manager. For the past four years, he enjoyed his position as a school bus driver for First Student in Lafayette.
Known for his “gravy” and lasagna, dry wit and sense of humor; he attended church regularly, volunteered for various community organizations, and loved muscle cars. Son of the late Thomas J. and Angela (Calabrese) Brady, he will be greatly missed by his ex-wife, Donna P. Brady and son, Michael J. Brady, of Sussex; his companion Cheryl Brown of Franklin; two sisters, Laurie Brady and Angela Matthews and her husband, Brian; and many other relatives and friends.
