Thomas F. Malone

Malone, Thomas F. age 72 of Hampton Twp., NJ died Thursday April 2nd, 2009 at home following a brief illness. Born in Hardyston Twp., NJ he was a lifelong resident of Sussex County.Son of the late Lawrence and Emma (VanNess) Malone, Thomas had worked forty seven years as a Packer for the Limecrest Corp. until his retirement in 2002. Thomas was an avid Hunter and fisherman as well as a classic car enthusiast. A devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather, Thomas will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Thomas was predeceased by his two brothers, two sisters and his two step brothers. Survivors include his wife of fifty years Amelia B. (Conrad) Malone, his son Mark T. and wife Donna Malone of Frankford Twp., his daughters Tracy and husband William Harriott of Hampton Twp, Terrie L. and Robert Eaton of Sandyston Twp., and Susan M. and husband David Redding of Hampton Twp. as well as his eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild.    

Funeral services for Thomas will be held Monday April 6th, 2009 at 10:00 AM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, 156 Main Street (Route 206) Newton, NJ. Interment will immediately follow in the Newton Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday evening from 3 to 7 PM.
