Crosby, June A. age 86 of Newton died Tuesday January 5th, 2010 at the Bristol Glen Care Center Newton, NJ. Born in Orange, NJ Mrs. Crosby had lived many years in Livingston, NJ before retiring to Brick Twp., and later Newton, NJ.             Daughter of the late Leslie L. and Margaret (Karig) Romine, June had worked as a Bookkeeper for Chubb and Sons Inc. Short Hills, NJ. A loving and devoted wife mother grandmother and homemaker, Mrs. Crosby was a former Girl Scout and Boy Scout Leader, as well a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Livingston, NJ. A long time member of the St. Peter Episcopalian Church in Livingston, NJ Mrs. Crosby was pre deceased by her first husband Dudley C. VanIdistine in 1958 and Arthur L. Crosby in 2003.             Survivors include her son Peter T. VanIdistine of Branchville, her daughter Karen L. Murtha of Stokesdale, NC, her sister Lois M. Theile of Livingston, NJ as well as her two grandchildren and five great grandchildren.    Funeral services will be held Friday January 8th, 2010 at 12:00 Noon in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt206) Newton, NJ. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday morning one hour prior to the funeral.
