Theresa Lombardi

Lombardi, Theresa J. age 80 of Andover Twp., NJ died Monday January 4th, 2010 at the Morristown Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Born in the Williamsburg Section of Brooklyn, NY she had resided in Queens, Long Island, New Jersey and abroad for many years. Theresa had also lived in Bernardsville and finally settling in Sussex County in 1998.             Daughter of the late Louis and Anna (Stroffolino) Aurucci, Mrs. Lombardi was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker who enjoyed the arts, music, opera and the ballet. An avid traveler, Theresa will be missed by all who loved and knew her.             Survivors include her husband of fifty eight years Pasquale J. Lombardi, her daughters Deborah Morozko of Jersey City, and Patrice Barnett of Brooklyn, NY. Mrs. Lombardi is also survived by her sister Antoinette Fiorita of Endicott, NY as well as her grandchildren Zoe Alexandra and Eva Louise Morozko.             Funeral Mass of Christian burial will be held Friday January 8th, 2010 at 10:00 AM in the Our Lady of the Lake RC Church Sparta, NJ. Entombment will follow in the Gate of Heaven RC Cemetery Mausoleum E. Hanover, NJ. Arrangements are under the direction of the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home #156 Main St. (Rt206) Newton, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Susan G. What a lovely and special lady we were honored to have as a neighbor. Terry was always a kind and friendly presence, and the deep love between Terry and Pat was obvious- and an example to all. She will be dearly missed but remain in our hearts.
