Donna Lee Rothwell

Rothwell, Donna Lee age 65 of Newton died unexpectedly Thursday July 16th, 2009 at the Newton Memorial Hospital. Born in Franklin, NH she has resided in Newton for most of her life.

Daughter of the late Donald Lester and Evelyn (Sullivan) Ham, Donna was a loving a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother who was an avid Elvis and Yankee fan. She also enjoyed collecting Boyd Bears and Apple figurines. A member of the Newton Senior Citizens, Donna was also a NASCAR and INDY racing fan.

Mrs. Rothwell was pre deceased by a son Victor J. Campe in 1984, survivors include her long time companion Ed Hendersen of Newton, her sons Jerry and wife Heather Mailloux and Donald and wife Liza Mailloux all of Newton. Also survived by her daughters Cara-Lee and husband Hector Rosa of Portsmouth, NH, Theresa Ann Mailloux-Bartell of Blairstown, and Donna Lee and husband David Mulhall of Lake Worth, FL. Donna is also survived by eight siblings, fourteen grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Funeral Services will be held Monday July 20th, 2009 at 12:30 PM in the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, 156 Main Street (Route 206) Newton, NJ. Interment will follow in the Stillwater Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Sunday July 19th from 1 to 5 PM.

Dear Ed and Donna's Family, May God grant you all PEACE & COMFORT in knowing she suffers no longer. May He give you strength to carry on through the rest of your lives with the "empty chair" beside you all. Please know her love will remain with you always and there will be many times that you will feel her near. She is, and she always will be with her love and through the love you hold for her. My deepest sympathies go out to you. I have been called away and sorry I could not be there in person to offer support at this time of sorrow
