Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home

Milachouski, Leontina age 87 of Byram Township, NJ died Wednesday, September 23, 2009 in Newton, NJ. Born in Antwerp, Belgium, she had lived in New York, NY and then in Staten Island for 25 years moving to Byram Township 30 years ago.

Daughter of the late Alexander and Cornelia Taeymans, Leontina was a homemaker and had worked for many years as a crossing guard for the NYPD, Staten Island, NY.

Predeceased by her husband Conrad Milachouski in 1969 as well as two sons Conrad in 1995 and Donald in 1992. Survivors include her two sons, Lawrence of Byram Township, NJ and John of Connecticut as well as her sister Hilda Clauson of Belgium, her four grandchildren, four great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 7th, 2009 at 9:30 AM at the Iliff-Ruggiero Funeral Home, 156 Main Street (Rte 206), Newton, NJ.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th, 2009 from 7 - 9 PM.
