Here are some special memories shared by family and friends.
I met Bill in 1990 when I became an employee/Dentist at Dental Care in Lyndhurst, where I worked for several years. He was a truly kind and caring person, a fine dentist, with a friendly and knowledgable disposition. His passions for fishing and his family were obvious. It was a pleasure working with Bill as his calm demeanor and willingness to share knowledge made for a pleasant environment. His patients felt confident and relaxed in his care. I am so sorry to learn of his parting. He will deeply be missed. My sincere condolences to Jean, AJ and Hank, and his entire family. Jeff Kranis

I will always remember Billy's fondness for Halloween! Billy dressed up as the Domino's Pizza Noid one year, and Pee Wee Herman another. Billy also made the best Christmas cookies; he was not only a good baker, but also quite an accomplished cook as well. To receive a compliment on a dish you cooked was something you treasured. Billy, or Uncle Billy as he was known to my kids, was tons of fun to be around. Even shortly before he died, Billy was laughing and joking around with us. He faced this journey with grace and faith, as did Jeanie. Our prayers are with Jeanie, AJ, Hank, and the rest of Billy's friends and family. We miss you and love you, and look forward to the day we meet again. Love you lots, Kim Oliveira and family

We were truly stunned when we heard our beloved dentist Dr. Schmidt had passed away! Dental Care told us that Dr. Schmidt had decided to stop practicing dentistry, which made us very sad and we thought that he might have started a new practice closer to home. Dr. Schmidt was my childrens dentist from the start and because of his kind and gentle way both my son and daughter never gave me trouble to go to the dentist. He would often talk about his two sons and his wife in such a loving way that at this time may it bring you all solace to know how many lives have been deeply touched by your devoted husband and caring father. With heartfelt sympathy, John, Debbie, Andrea & Alan Uhl
